Emplacement idéal, instructions claires, logement propre !

Overall pleased with the cleanliness and little details, like tea/coffee and sugar. Soap in bathroom. Kitchen towel and sponge. To a good standard. Clothes drying rack. Heated towel rail. Tv with ability for self login of Netflix/Youtube. Efficient WiFi. Easy self check-in. Security camera in hallway. Very clear and informative message from host (Aude) upon booking confirmation - who is equally extremely responsive. Often studios can be “sticky” and things don’t work particularly well but this property appears to be recently renovated - the water pressure is good, and gets extremely hot. The kitchen extractor fan is decent but can easily air the property after cooking, the washing machine, vacuum, mop everything is in good condition. No mould, or damp. (Which unfortunately can be common in old buildings but not here!) All plates and mugs were in good condition with no pieces cracked or broken - again adding to the cleanliness of the room. The only negatives… (mind you we were very pleased with the price and standard) - Only one set of Keys. - Black Bedsheet and Bed Frame (a white sheet always feel more sanitary - black indicates wanting to hide stains) - Black Material bed frame: similar reasons above, but can also take longer to do efficient bed frame checks for infestations. Better to have opted for metal or plain wood bed frame. - Small room, meaning storage is extremely limited. Not ideal for long stays. - No Mattress Protector. A simple mattress protector under the fitted bed sheet would be ideal. Because the property is newly renovated it doesn’t have that lingering smell - but soon enough it’s very easy for the mattress and pillows to hold smells and stains. - Mattress isn’t that comfortable as it dips towards the middle for two sleepers. And only one very limp bed pillow each. - No shelves - even just one shelf above the tv on the free wall would significantly help. Or mounting the tv to the wall with a bracket.

Bien situé

Une horreur, l'odeur soit de cigarrette ancienne soit d'humidité se sent dés l'ouverture de la porte et n'a pas quitté nos affaires jusqu'au lavage. C'est bien impregné dans les tissus, un coup de sanytol pourrait l'enlever, faites quelque chose! On n'a pas pu changer de logement car on n'avait pas le temps. On était contraints à dormir avec ces conditions. Et la vaiselle... le grille pain avec des traces de doigts beurrés, le rebord de la poêle degoulinant, une tasse avec un vieux fond de café, c'est au propietare de veiller à que ça aussi soit propre. Le sol plein de tâches collées, facilement enlevables pour un logement en location (sinon ça fait sale même si le sol a été lavé). Même le couloir de l'entrée était trop sale, un coup de balai une fois par mois assurera une bienvenue meilleure aux hôtes. Le drap housse était tâché (et le logement se vante de passer par un pressing professionnel). Je tiens à vous préciser que nous ne sommes pas des maniacs du ménage! Bref, ça a gâché notre petit weekend en amoureux donc je n'envoie pas les remarques en privé, comme demandé.
