We have stayed at the Honua Kai resort at a different unit in the past. We love the location and amenities of Honua Kai. The communication with this property management company for this unit was good, but as per the last review, there is a cockroach issue and the property management company needs to be more serious on how to address it.
I highly recommend Honua Kai, but suggest looking for a different unit to stay in.
