It is an ideal place to watch sunsets with your loved ones on the wrap-around shared lanai and experience the meaning of paradise! This beautiful 1320 sf condo features gorgeous furniture pieces and wood-like tile flooring throughout. The kitchen is fully appointed and has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The oversized, undivided lanai features spectacular glass doors for you to look out onto the beautiful view from the living room. Both bedrooms have comfortable king size beds and, with the addition of a king size sofa bed, it sleeps up to 6 guests. The condo includes two bathrooms, a washer & dryer, free wi-fi and parking. This exquisitely unique indoor/outdoor setting is truly Honua Kai “at its best”.
Prime, upscale location offers a vast variety of amazing things to do and experience on Maui. There are 5 star restaurants, championship golfing, luxury shopping, world class white sand beaches, and crystal blue water as far as the eye can see.
Honua Kai resort has 3 acres of swimming pools (with water slide), 5 hot tubs, a fitness center, spa and additional pool and hot tubs at the new Luana Villas (on the property). The resort also features Aina Gourmet Market and Duke's Restaurant, - serving breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Resort fee is $75
NO SMOKING IN CONDO OR ON THE LANAI. The state of Hawaii has a strict no smoking ordinance. Smoking is allowed only in designated areas. Fines and extra cleaning fees for violating this rule is strictly enforced.

Light above all bulbs burnt out except one that flashes on and off.Refrigerator warning alarms starting at 2 am every 20 min for 2 hrs.No good lighting.Dirty throw pillows on couch/chair.Floor was dirty and lanai was filthy, our feet was black from just walking out on the lanai.

Our stay was wonderful. The condo was great and had everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable. The lanai was very nice it was great to have the extra space. It was not a problem having it shared no one ever walked by. The view of the ocean was beautiful. The property manager was great and very easy to work with. She was always quick to respond if anything was needed. It is a perfect place for families having the different pools was wonderful and its a easy walk to the beach. Dukes has great drinks and food. Highly recommend. Mahalo for letting us stay in your condo.

Great place/location. Only concern was when the hot water heater broke, neither the property manangement nor the condominium association could advise who was responsible. They pointed at each other. Had we not followed up for a 3rd time after 24 hours who knows when it would have been fixed. Once they figured out who was responsible, the water heater was replaced within 4 hours. Thirty hours without hot water. Hopefully they have learned the process.
