All-inclusive holiday cottage (except tourist tax). Ground floor: A fully equipped kitchen (oven, induction hob, microwave, Philips Barista pod coffee machine). First floor: A living room, a first bedroom with a king-size bed (200x200cm) and a desk area. A second bedroom, accessible from both sides, with two single beds (90x190cm) and an en-suite shower room/WC. Baby equipment available on request (high chair, travel cot, bottle warmer, etc.).
Outside: Private 5000m² garden on a 2-hectare unfenced property. Easy access to the A10 motorway, approximately 15 minutes away. Non-smoking accommodation. Table tennis available on request.
Owners live on the property (privacy guaranteed). A cycle path connecting to the Loire à Vélo cycling route is 500m from the cottage.
