This apartment with modern and tasteful decor has an area of 57 m² and is located directly on the beach with sea views. With a beautiful living-dining room, kitchen, and 2 bedrooms, it comfortably accommodates 4 people and is fully equipped. The accommodation consists of 2 bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an open kitchen with a living-dining room, satellite TV, WIFI, air conditioning, and a terrace with beautiful sea views. The complex has 2 large community pools, one of them for children, with direct access to the large sandy beach. It has a green area for children to play. Very nearby, there is a supermarket with fresh bread every day and excellent restaurants with a cozy terrace to enjoy fresh fish or any other Mediterranean dish.

My wife, kids (17 and 15), and I had enjoyed the apartment and the complex. AC in both bedrooms and in the living room/kitchen. Nice outdoor balcony to look at the ocean or read. The beach is right behind the complex so an easy walk. Restaurants galore. A grocery store across the street. The place was exactly as described.

Just returned from a week in Alcudia. The apartment’s location is second to none - overlooking Alcudia beach which is fantastic for families. The apartment itself is a bit tired and could do with some TLC, but other than that was fine and well equipped. Anna was very helpful; quick to respond and answered all our questions. Hopefully the apartment gets the attention it deserves in the off-season. If so we’d happily stay again!

This was a perfect location for access to Alcudia beach. It is a great beach for young families with fairly spacious beach access and shallow water.
The apartment provided everything we could have needed. It was bright and modern, and had a lovely balcony overlooking the beach too. The only slight negative (which is personal preference) is the beds were quite hard, but some people might like that!
We had an amazing holiday, and the apartment being in such a brilliant location definitely made it one we would return to.

We booked this condo last minute. The owner was very accommodating and ensured that we are able to enjoy our time in Alcudia. The condo was nicely equipped, and was only steps from the beach and Alcudia nightlife. It was a pleasure to stay in this property.
