About this apartment rental
Citadini is a bright apartment in the Port of Alcudia on the first line of the beach, facing the turquoise waters of the bay and its fine sand. The property is in an exceptional location to move around the north of the island, and close to supermarkets, restaurants and everything we might need in our well-deserved holidays, without giving up the best and most privileged views.
Inside, we will find a fully equipped kitchen where we can comfortably prepare our best recipes, which we can enjoy in the dining room, or on the terrace while enjoying the sunset. In the living room, we can relax on its comfortable sofa and enjoy watching television.
Citadini stands out for having an exceptional exclusive terrace in the attic where we can enjoy the best panoramic views of the Bay of Alcudia.
In this apartment, up to 3 people can be accommodated in its two bedrooms, both equipped with air conditioning and heating. It has a room with a double bed and a second with two single beds. The flat has a bathroom with a toilet.

The location was excellent. Right on the beach with great views, miles of sandy well kept beaches. Access to the property was easy once we had found the building. Communication was quick when questions were asked. Apartment had all the basics required. Lots of towels etc provided. Pool area very clean with plenty of dinners right overlooking the beach. Good value for money.
The outdoor picture is deceiving as you aren’t actually in the group of buildings where the pool is. The building is across a very busy public walkway that you need to go across to access the pool. I asked about the building location when I was sent directions and was advised that the photo I had sent them (the building we ended up in) and wasn’t correct and we are in the building in the picture. When we arrived at 1130 at night and walked around for 10 minutes before realising that I was correct and was told the wrong information as to where the building was so this was frustrating. I did query this and was simply told ‘we didn’t say the apartment overlooked the pool’ which wasn’t really what I asked. Due to Ironman being the week we were there the walkway was closed so it was a long way round to get to the pool along a road packed with people - not very dignified in your swimming gear. Also be aware the pool does not allow balls or any inflatables. The room could have been cleaner on arrival and some of the plug sockets are broken and only 1 air con controller worked.

Apartment best suited to a couple or a family with kids.The pool isn't beneath the apartment, it's a few miutes walk away and chlorinated and a bit manky compared to the photo. The dining chairs are REALLY uncomfortable, the furnishings are all a bit cheapo. Lacking in welcome pack, all info online makes it very impersonal. Kitchen had barely any condiments etc and no corkscrew! Unforgivable. A bit over priced, resort a bit touristy but not bad for a quick break.
