This beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bath condo sits on the Cedar River. Imagine morning coffee or evening wine listening to the tranquil trickling of a flowing trout stream nestled in pine and hardwood. This is what you will experience in this 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, sleeps 6 condo in Shanty Creek resort. Ground level, park out front and no stairs to climb.
There is something for everyone here. We are surrounded by the top 5 golf courses in Northern Michigan.
Less than a mile to Lake Bellaire where you will have access to the private beach club.
Take a dip in our outdoor pool located next to our Pickle Ball/ Tennis Courts that are just a few steps from our home.
We are just minutes from the quaint town of Bellaire where the famous Shorts Brewery is located along with other gems including Bee Well Meadery, Corner Bistro or watch your favorite sporting event at the Bellaire Bar. Do you like hiking or biking? Glacial HIlls trails are within 5 minutes.
These are just a few attractions within 3 minutes from your condo.
Venture out a little farther and take day trips to Traverse City, Petoskey, Charlevoix, Sleeping Bear Dunes just to name a few.
The primary bedroom is breath taking. It boasts a King bed, jetted tub, private walk in shower and a large vanity with bright lighting to give ample space and light to "get ready" for your day's adventures. A private deck to enjoy another view of the river.
Second bedroom with a Queen bed and twin bunkbeds. This room will sleep 4 people comfortably AND has its own TV.
Second full bathroom just next to the bedroom with a bathtub, shower and toilet with another large vanity with plenty of lighting.
We have a fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals
Our cozy open concept living room has a comfy couch and 2 chairs to make plenty of seating for the entire group.
There is a kitchen table and seating at the bar.
This condo has Central air conditioning which is a rarity in a condo in Shanty Creek. Most have window unit.
Enjoy our fire place after a day of skiing, snow baoarding or whatever your pleasure on a cold day in Northern Michigan. Gas fireplace. Just flip a switch and you have a fire.
You can not beat the Fall colors here. Schuss Village offers chair lift rides up the mountain on fall weekends duiring peak colors.
Take a ride to Boyne Mountain and check out the new Sky Bridge
We are able to offer excellent internet to allow for those who work remotely while vacationing or streaming your favorite movies or just surfing the web.

Connie was a pleasure to rent from for the weekend! We will definitely be back! Bellaire is a super cute town with nice restaurants, coffee shops, cute stores, and friendly people! The private beach club was super clean and fun to hang at all weekend! Pool is a bonus! My husband golfed with friends at Shanty Creek and loved that too. Quick drive to Gaylord, and Traverse. The beds in the condo are super comfy and the blankets are so comfy I took a picture of the tag! Coffee outside on the deck listening to the creek in the morning, and a glass of wine by the fire inside at night were both equally relaxing lol. Keurig provided. Netflix. Washer/Dryer. Plenty of space. Honestly, I could go on and on about it. No complaints, and we had a great trip!

I am so glad I found this place and did not go anywhere else. It was nice and quiet and right by everywhere we wanted to go. The game nook was nice and we truely felt like we were at home away from home.

Condo was beautiful and had everything we needed for our stay. It is located in an area that is centrally located to many areas we wanted to visit. The little town had a grocery store a Dollar General and a tractor supply, what else could you want?. The back patio faces a bubbling Creek that we enjoyed so much almost every night.
