About this apartment rental
Welcome to Pinebrook Retreats Unit 112, Fall colors late Sept - mid Oct. A peaceful getaway tucked among whispering pines and overlooking a gently flowing creek. Here, quiet moments come naturally — whether you’re sipping coffee on the 20-foot back deck, listening to the babble of water below, or watching the sunlight filter through the trees.
Though it feels worlds away, Pinebrook Retreats is located less that 2 miles from all the best that Bellaire, Shanty Creek and Lake Bellaire have to offer...from golf, a private beach, private outdoor pool to local shops and cozy restaurants.
The Space
Step inside and you’ll find a warm, light-filled space designed for comfort and connection. The open living area features three large sliding glass doors that frame views of the pine woods and creek, bringing the outdoors in. A gas fireplace and comfortable furnishings make it the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare and enjoy meals — from full cookware and utensils to thoughtful touches like coffee supplies (both a drip pot and Keurig), complementary spices, and place settings for eight. A high-top dining table and breakfast bar with swivel stools make dining casual and easy.
For added convenience, the condo includes air conditioning, a washer and dryer, and a sleeper sofa for extra guests.
Bedrooms & Baths
The primary bedroom suite offers a king-size bed, streaming TV, and an ensuite bath featuring a walk-in shower and a large two-person jetted Jacuzzi tub — ideal for soaking and relaxing at day’s end. You also have a private balcony overlooking a serene woodland setting, so every morning feels peaceful and private.
The second bedroom includes a queen bed, streaming TV, and generous closet space with a second full bathroom nearby featuring a tub/shower combo.
Outdoor & Community Amenities
Step out onto your spacious 20-foot deck to breathe in the fresh pine air and listen to the creek as it winds through the trees below — your own quiet sanctuary in nature.
Just outside, you’ll have access to a seasonal outdoor pool and clubhouse (open Memorial Day through Labor Day), complete with showers, bathrooms, and a gathering space available for larger get-togethers.
Whether you’re here to relax, explore the nearby golf courses, or simply reconnect with nature, Pinebrook Retreats offers a tranquil home base where you can truly unwind.

Lori was wonderful and very helpful in accommodating everything we needed to celebrate my Mom's 90th birthday event and family reunion for the week. Her communication was outstanding! The condo is updated very nicely, tastefully decorated, super clean, with everything you need. A great home away from home and close to area recreation. Use of the Beach Club and pool were a nice bonus. We will definitely return here. They really have a beautiful setting and view!

We had an amazing stay! The property was spotless, beautifully maintained, and incredibly comfortable. The quality of the sheets and towels was exceptional, and it was obvious the hosts put a lot of thought into every detail. The kitchen had everything we needed for our stay, and while the weather didn't quite cooperate for swimming, it was great having the pool just steps away. They truly thought of everything to make our stay relaxing and enjoyable. We felt right at home and would absolutely stay here again.

The unit has many special touches to make you feel you are special. The host have done a wonderful job. I will be renting again next year.
