Welcome to Pinebrook Retreats Unit 112, a peaceful getaway tucked among whispering pines and overlooking a gently flowing creek. Here, quiet moments come naturally — whether you’re sipping coffee on the 20-foot back deck, listening to the babble of water below, or watching the sunlight filter through the trees.
Though it feels worlds away, Pinebrook Retreats is located less that 2 miles from all the best that Bellaire, Shanty Creek and Lake Bellaire have to offer...from golf, a private beach, private outdoor pool to local shops and cozy restaurants.
The Space
Step inside and you’ll find a warm, light-filled space designed for comfort and connection. The open living area features three large sliding glass doors that frame views of the pine woods and creek, bringing the outdoors in. A gas fireplace and comfortable furnishings make it the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare and enjoy meals — from full cookware and utensils to thoughtful touches like coffee supplies (both a drip pot and Keurig), complementary spices, and place settings for eight. A high-top dining table and breakfast bar with swivel stools make dining casual and easy.
For added convenience, the condo includes air conditioning, a washer and dryer, and a sleeper sofa for extra guests.
Bedrooms & Baths
The primary bedroom suite offers a king-size bed, streaming TV, and an ensuite bath featuring a walk-in shower and a large two-person jetted Jacuzzi tub — ideal for soaking and relaxing at day’s end. You also have a private balcony overlooking a serene woodland setting, so every morning feels peaceful and private.
The second bedroom includes a queen bed, streaming TV, and generous closet space with a second full bathroom nearby featuring a tub/shower combo.

We just returned from an amazing stay at this 2-bedroom condo, and it exceeded every expectation! The location is unbeatable — truly just 7 minutes to Schuss Mountain for incredible skiing (or summer golf), right in the heart of Shanty Creek Resort, and only a quick drive to Short's Brewery in Bellaire for beers and pub grub. We loved how central it was to all the best activities in Northern Michigan.The condo itself is super cozy and well-equipped. The fireplace was the highlight — nothing beats curling up by the fire after a day on the slopes or out exploring. The living space felt warm and inviting, the kitchen was fully stocked for easy meals, and both bedrooms were comfortable with plenty of space for our group.Everything was clean, thoughtfully set up, and the resort amenities (pools, hot tubs, shuttles) made it feel like a true vacation upgrade. Whether you're here for winter sports, golfing, hiking, or just relaxing with a beer from Short's, this spot is ideal.We can't wait to come back — highly recommend to anyone looking for the perfect mix of adventure and comfort. 5 stars all the way! Nicely updated condo that fit our family of 4 perfectly for a ski trip to Schuss. Any questions we had were answered almost immediately. Very clean and well stocked. Conveniently located 10 mins from Schuss and Summit Villages and close to downtown Bellaire. The condo had a pretty view of woods and the creek. We really enjoyed our stay!
