All guests must be 25 or older, unless families with small children. A refundable $500 security deposit is required and will be refunded after departure, if there are no issues.

This condo was very comfortable overall. A very favorable recommendation. The covered deck was a plus and access to the beach club was a super plus. Plenty of room inside as well. Kitchen was accessorized wonderfully. Felt like home.

The condo was very clean and well maintained. We loved the deck- private, shaded, scenic. Hummingbirds added to our enjoyment! The pool was clean, easy to get to, private. Perfect location, close to TC area, wineries and beaches. We enjoyed downtown Bellaire. The beds were comfy. Bathrooms and kitchen well equipped. Nice to have A/C, cable TV and Wi Fi. We’d love to return someday.

This condo was a conveniently located place to stay for our ski trip at Shanty Creek Resort. My rating of 3 stars reflects our collective impression that the beds were not comfortable (very soft), blankets were all too thin/minimal for cold weather, and the seating was barely adequate for 5 people (let alone the 10 people that the condo says it can accommodate). We are not picky people, but we did think these factors detracted from overall experience.
