You'll be glad you chose this spacious and beautiful second-row home in Hilton Head Island's prestigious Palmetto Dunes Oceanfront Resort! With six bedrooms and six and a half bathrooms, this home is perfect for large families or groups looking to enjoy the ultimate coastal getaway.
The kitchen is a true highlight, featuring granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and custom cabinetry. It’s fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals, and the kitchen bar comfortably seats three guests for casual dining or socializing.
Adjacent to the kitchen, the formal dining area offers a spacious setting for meals. It comfortably seats eight guests, making it the perfect place for family gatherings or dinner parties.
The expansive living room exudes warmth and comfort with beautiful wood floors, a wall-mounted Smart TV for entertainment, and easy access to a balcony where you can enjoy the area's fresh air and serene surroundings.
Retreat to the primary bedroom, featuring a king-sized bed, HDTV, and an en-suite bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower, double vanity, and a separate sunken garden tub for ultimate relaxation.
The five additional guest bedrooms provide plenty of space and comfort, each with its own en-suite bathroom. Two of these rooms are furnished with king beds, one with a queen bed, another with two queen beds, and the final room with two twin beds—ensuring that everyone has their own private retreat.
On the first level, you'll find an additional seating area complete with a TV and a table with seating for four. This cozy spot opens up to the patio and pool area, providing a perfect place to relax and enjoy the outdoor space. Thanks for having us. We loved being at HHI!
Celebrating my Dad’s 90th - his adult children, gkids, and now grt gkids joined us.
Property worked out great. My parents could walk to beach since it wasn’t too far - the living space was surrounded by trees so felt peaceful and private. Group could do own thing - swim in pool, golf, tennis, pickle ball, or beach were easy access.
FYI - there are a lot of stairs if you have elderly people in your group.

The house was large and each family had their wing. Pool was wonderful and we had minimal problems which were addressed by property management company
