1B Sea Lane is set up to be SO much fun for the entire family! Not only are you looking over the Robert Trent Jones Golf course and the 11-mile saltwater lagoon you are within a quick walk to the beach in Palmetto Dunes Resort! Enjoy a wonderful vacation experience for you and your family. Sit by the pool/hot tub or you can go saltwater fishing from the dock in the morning, beach it all day and then come back and paddle kayaks or canoes (rented separately) throughout the plantation! Also, the garage is set up for ping pong, foosball, and many other lawn games and then there are comfortable chairs and hammocks under the deck just for relaxing as well!

This newly updated home is beautifully furnished in a light, bright and very festive yet classy beach cottage style. On the first floor there is a King bedroom, Queen room, and another room with 2 Queens. There is also the kids "bunk house" with 2 Twins one with a Trundle bed and 1 Bunk set with a Trundle Bed. EACH bedroom has its own ensuite full bath.

Upstairs enjoy a large open living area that includes a gourmet kitchen, dining area and 2 sitting areas. You can go out the sliding door to a large deck with a grill, dining table and comfortable chairs to take in the expansive lush views. Back inside there is also a media room as well, with a half bath nearby. Just down the hall there is a HUGE master suite with a pull-out couch and a beautiful master bathroom with a jetted tub and separate walk-in shower.

Please be advised that from November 2025 through February 2026, a beach renourishment project will be underway on the island. While this project will only impact small sections of the beach at any given time, we want to ensure you're aware of its occurrence. The town anticipates minimal disruption to individual properties during this period. On the bright side, this process can be fascinating to observe and will result in stunningly restored beaches once completed.
