This fantastic Charlestonian style home is located in Hilton Head Islands youngest seaside (gated) communities and is just a short walk (approximately 700 yards) to the beach. In addition to the beach, you will enjoy the Chaplin Oceanside Park just 200 yards away. Within walking distance of the house, you will find tennis courts, basketball courts, bike trails, a dog park, baseball diamonds, soccer fields, a playground, beach parking, and restrooms. If you are not familiar with the Singleton Beach area it is located mid island right between Palmetto Dunes and the Marriott Surf Watch Resort (which are both very popular resorts on the island). It's mid island location makes it convenient to all the amenities Hilton Head Island, and Bluffton have to offer. The area's best restaurants, shopping, and recreational amenities are all a short bike ride away.
There is a golf cart beach shuttle service that runs Sunday-Friday 9 am till 5 pm from Memorial Day till Labor Day. It is provided free of charge for our guests and is included in the rental price.
*$200 pet Fee for all pet stays
**Pool heat is an additional $75 a day.

The pool needed to be cleaned. I believe Saturday is cleaning day. The outside furniture should have been washed down. The experience of the pool after cleaning was amazing! We did not sit on the outside furniture. We loved this property.it was quite roomy. Very nice kitchen and it had 6 bathrooms. There were 11 of us total. The biggest issue was with the Bedroom Televisions. Some had regular T.V. Some didn’t and we couldn’t find the remote for 1 bedroom. Overall, we would stay at this property again. Property Management Team was phenomenal! Michelle was on point getting to us every call we had.

It was very nice. There were a few things that needed attention in the house. Would have been nice to had a couple more kitchen towels. There wasn’t a hamburger Spatula for grill. We bought one and left for the house.Ice refrigerator wasn’t working and ran constantly. I called Property manager he said they were trying to get someone out to service it. Property manager was very nice.All and all would stay again at this property.Great House and community!
