This 1-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo can accommodate four guests. There is a Queen-sized bed along with a full bathroom. The living room sofa pulls out into a full-sized bed, with an additional full bathroom in the hallway. There are two window ACs to keep you cool on hot summer days and nights, (one in the living room and one in the bedroom). Enjoy a glass of wine on the common deck area outside the front door as you take in the View of the Columbia River.

This space was conveniently located near the heart of hood river : location - 10/10. The space was set up with loads of linens and the check in process was incredible. The host was detailed about all the information which is always helpful. The bedroom had an en suite, which was so great. However, the listing spoke about it sleeping four. It slept four, but was set up for three: three cups, three chairs, etc. There was also an ant problem in the kitchen before we used any food in the space, which was not so pleasant. Overall, we had a good stay.

This property is very convenient to all of the downtown activities. Very walkable to restaurants, breweries, and shopping. A little trouble with check in and WiFi, but was able to get problems fixed with a couple of text messages and a visit from a technician. Property definitely needs updating but was well kept and clean.

What an amazing location. Easy walk to everything in the downtown vicinity. Condo is a bit dated and could clearly use updating. That being said it was clean and functional and its pricepoint was very reasonable for the area. Would not hesitate to return.

The location of this unit is top notch. Easy access for walking downtown and to the river. If you are not very tall or have arthritis, there are some challenges. The dinnerware is in a cabinet that is kind of high and the bathroom faucets are tough to turn. I'm 5'5” and could reach the bottom shelf of dishes without too much trouble and luckily I didn't need anything on the upper shelves and had my 6'4” husband to them if I did need something. Overall this place was great.

We were pleased overall with the unit. It does need some updating in the kitchen and painting. The last night of our stay we noticed ants in the kitchen sink and around our food on the counter when we woke up.

We loved being only a couple of blocks from the heart of town and therefore close to groceries, shops, and fantastic coffee, bakery, and restaurants. The view of the river and Event Site (for wind sport) was an added bonus. Check-in was painless. Correspondence with the booking agent was quick and very professional. Kitchen was small but had all the essentials. We’d stay again :)

We were here for a wedding so spent little time in the apartment. It was clean and easy; laundry key didn't work but not a big deal. Great views from the porch. A few games/books/cards would have been nice, especially as it rained quite a bit. The coffee was delicious and appreciated!

This condo is a second floor corner unit. It was very clean and comfortable, and we had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. The kitchen is well-appointed, the TVs are high quality and equipped with Roku, there is plenty of storage for clothes, etc. and the location can't be beat. We were very impressed with the management company, Arrived. They go the extra mile to make sure your stay is everything it should be. We would definitely stay here again. It's a bargain in the off-season.

Great big screen TV for movie-watching, walk to shops and restaurants. Primo location. Clean except unwashed couch blankets. Inside, the condo is decorated nicely but wear-and-tear shows. The water pipe/occupancy noise from above the bedroom was very loud at night (turned on AC fan for white noise). Overall, these things reflect the low, off-season price.

A very nice place to stay and we will definitely consider renting again when we're back in town visiting relatives. Very reasonable and we love having 2 full bathrooms. However, we were unable to find the laundry room. We did strip the bed and left all linens together near the door. Thank you!

We loved our stay here. We were walking distance to everything in the town. Short car rides to fruit loop wineries, fruit etc. and beautiful walking trails - so much to do. The rental was so comfortable and quiet and two bathrooms were a real plus. Also like that they had a tv in the bedroom. Also the patio was a super plus with the beautiful view of the river. Such a great place! So easy to get there and parking was wonderful too!

This condo is in a great location walkable to adorable downtown Hood River. Very basic accommodations but clean with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Love staying in properties manager by Arrived because there are always basic toiletries provided as well as coffee beans for fresh ground coffee!
