Welcome to the Reed House - a cozy two story home located in the center of charming Dillsboro. Enjoy the mountains without the hassle of having to navigate a vehicle through the steep backroads. The house, originally built in 1906, is remodeled with a modern kitchen, gas fireplace, and all the comforts of home. You will love sitting on the front porch and taking in the sights and sounds of the town. Head out to the back deck and watch the sun fall behind the mountains in the evening. As night falls, retire upstairs to one of the comfortable and well-appointed bedrooms.
Since the house is right in town, guests can walk to all the shops, restaurants, the train station, and the river rafting facility. Just a short drive to other nearby towns to explore the local culture. Miles of trails are available close by for hiking and exploring the surrounding wilderness.

We loved our stay at Reed House! It was easy to check in when we arrived. The house was even better than the pictures! Close to everything in Dillsboro and WCU. We were there to move our son in for his first year of college. We definitely would love to stay again on our return trips to the area!!

We loved the convenience of walking everywhere, the views from the cozy front porch and the relaxing back patio. It was nice having a kitchen stocked with all the essentials, just bring the food! Beds were so comfy and the home was quiet inside at night, as well as during the evening. Each bathroom had shampoo, conditioners, soaps, even a hairdryer! House temperature was perfect the minute we walked in the door! We will certainly be back to visit The Reed House again!

We enjoyed the peacefulness of the home as well as the outdoor areas (front porch and yard swing especially). The kitchen is well-stocked too, which was great.
