The place and room were clean and neat. The beds were in good condition and clean.
My complaint is that we were assigned a handicap room which made taking a shower somewhat difficult. I think that we should have been told this when we checked in and offered an option of not going to this room or an explanation of why we were sent to this room.

One of the mattresses in the room was worn, but the other one was fine.

Price and location
We asked for hair dryer as ours was broken and none was delivered. Asked for housekeeping but told none available due to a family emergency. Asked for fresh towels for third night none delivered.
