Location is the selling point for us. The river is so soothing to watch and we love the sound. Breakfast was above average. Area is relatively simple to navigate and close to attractions—mountains, Great Smoky Mountain Railway, waterfall loop, etc.

Bed was comfortable and the front desk staff was very friendly.
It is off the road at the end of a cul-de-sac behind the railroad tracks and away from downtown, not the river side it looks like in pictures. Very limited parking. The hotel smelled musty and the room smelled musty with a bit of cleaner. Although the AC was running the room felt humid. For the shape of the hotel and location it is on the higher end for price.
