1 bedroom with 1 double bed and 2 single beds with wardrobe and balcony.
1 house common bath for 2 rooms, with bath, bidet and double washbasin.
1 room with 50m2 with fireplace, TV SMART TV, cable TV with international channels and DVD player, CD and USB, WI-FI internet with speed 60mg.
1 dining room with 12 seats and 1 chair baby. 1 toilet.
1 fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator of 600L with cold water tap at the door, microwave, 5 ring hob cooker, electric oven, dishwasher, blender, coffee maker electric, espresso machine DeltaQ brand and all the vessels of necessary kitchen and table.
1 laundry room with washing machine, indoor tank for washing and closet for storage. The house also has vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board and hair dryer.

A great week spent in a great location, great value for money

We 2 adults 3 children (14, 17) stayed for a week in this great house and a good spot to visit various sites.
First of all Ana is a great host who speaks very well English. If you have any question there is always a quick answer.
The house is proper with lots of facilities and a great space. It is in a quiet neighbourhood close to the main road to Sesimbra (beach) and Azeitão (wine).
Ana gave us advise for restaurants and possible tourist trips:
- Lissabon Belém by car, and Santuário Nacional de Cristo Rei
- Lissabon downtown with ferry from Cacilhas (carpark only 3 euro’s a day)
- Dolpin watching from Setubal with vertigemazul.com
- Beaches of Praia de Meco and Sesimbra
- Beautiful nature of the Parque Natural da Arrábida nearby

This is really a great house in a perfect spot in Portugal. Very close to Sesimbra and only 45 minutes by car to Lisbon. The host is very friendly and everything you need is either available or will be arranged on demand :-)
