Pick up a few beach chairs provided alongside the outdoor shower downstairs and then head to the walk on beach access just a few steps away. Oceans 13 Condo D is thoughtfully furnished with all new furniture and decorated with a beachy nautical decor for you comfort and enjoyment. The kitchen comes fully stocked with all you need to cook and serve your own meals. Beds are outfitted with crisp, white linens, and bathrooms are supplied with soft, white towels and start up bath amenities. Beach towels are provided and laundry machines are conveniently located in the unit.
**PET POLICY: Only small, non-shedding dogs are permitted, and must be approved by management PRIOR to booking. You must inquire with the number, weight, and breed to get approval before you book as some breed and size restrictions apply. A pet fee will be required upon approval.

The property is not steps from the beach it is on the street, the balcony faces the street, not sure where the pic with the steps in the sand were taken, misleading. Property was clean and well stocked, just not in a good location if looking for beach views.
