* Beach towels and chairs are provided for your trips to the shore.
Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire home, the yard, and all of its listed amenities during their stay. Enjoy the privacy of having the whole space to yourself, including the outdoor shower and grill area. Make yourself at home!
We respect our guests' privacy and aim to provide a seamless, independent stay. While we will not be present at the property, our team at Gulf Legacy Vacation Rentals is available and responsive should you need any assistance or have questions during your stay.
**Starter Supplies:** We provide a starter supply of essentials like toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, and coffee to get you settled. For longer stays, guests are responsible for purchasing any additional supplies needed.
**Fireplace:** Please be aware that the fireplace is decorative for ambiance only and is not functional. It cannot be used for fires.
***In addition to the platform cancellation policy, 4% will be deducted for processing fees.
In certain circumstances—such as when the primary guest is under 25—we require a security deposit up to $1000.

We enjoyed this craftsman house with its charming details. The beds were so comfy! We had two different neighbors wave at us and we felt welcomed from the moment we drove in.

The Ms. Jackson Bungalow was a perfect place for our affordable girls trip! It had everything we needed, was close to downtown and Pensacola Beach, AND - we were obsessed with the homes Boho color scheme, cozy, beachy feel! The AC was rocking and rolling! and the neighborhood felt quiet and safe! Check in and check out were simple and easy! If you have a car, I HIGHLY recommend this welcoming spot :-)

Communication with owner was great! We had everything we needed and very clean. This house has a great front porch to enjoy and the neighbors are friendly. Would definitely recommend!
