This quaint little artists cottage is situated in a quiet neighborhood beside Island Cove Marina and near Pelicans Perch Marina just minutes from downtown and beaches and all that Pensacola has to offer. This unique spot is perfect for enjoying quiet evenings watching the sunset from the back deck while grilling up your favorite meal. Pensacola beach is a quick 10 miles from the house and Downtown Pensacola being only 2.8 miles away.

So glad I found this place! I travel to Pensacola for business a few times a year and get tired of staying in hotels. I decided to find a house and I couldn't be happier with my choice. It was home away from home, with all the amenities I could need and the location was perfect.

We so enjoyed staying here ! Quaint and close to the water / marina made it so nice
The kitchen had everything we needed to have a nice meal , porches are so great to sit , the neighborhood was quiet , wonderful to take a walk too if you like . Would definitely return !
