About this apartment rental
Located 5 minute drive to the beach, this 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath second floor end unit condominium is full of sunlight has elevator access, balcony and sleeps 8 and has a balcony with furniture overlooking the pond and fountain.
Fully furnished and fully equipped with stacked washer/dryer, ice maker, microwave, garbage disposal, dishwasher, regular drip 12 cup coffee maker, toaster and blender. Dish service for 10. Dining room table seats 8. Three bar stools at the kitchen counter. Iron and ironing board are available for renters to use as well.
Primary bedroom has king size bed, two walk in closets with private bathroom that has two sinks and large shower. Second bedroom has queen bed with large closet. Third bedroom has 2 twin beds and also has a large closet. Each bedroom has its own smart flat screen television. Hall bathroom has a shower/tub combo.
Pets permitted for additional cleaning fee but there is no smoking or vaping in the condo. Enjoy the gym, indoor or outdoor pool, brand new pickleball courts and common grill area when you stay.
Also make sure you check out the executive golf course, driving range, par three, disc golf and mini-golf and then enjoy an ice cream at Runaway Bay after the game. The par three is lighted at night. Points cards are available, while they last, for use on most of these activities.
Linens and beach towels are included, however, you must provide your own paper towels and toilet tissue when the starter rolls are finished.

We love Tupelo Bay’s location and amenities. Dog friendly with plenty of room for family! Spent lots of time on the well appointed balcony.

Property was nice...inside condo was comfortable..needs new carpeting throughout...and outdoor furniture is in need ofnew cushions......but for the price we had a good time....
