We enjoyed our stay in Breckenridge … Decent location with bus stop right outside complex. You can walk to town, but didn’t feel like it was very walkable in your ski boots and all your gear.

We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed all of the amenities of the house. It was the perfect size for our family and so close to town. It was relaxing on the back patio and a very quiet neighborhood. The park and creek across the street was a great place to go read and work during the day. Thank you for opening your home to us. We will be back next summer!

The location of this property is definitely the best thing about it.
Other than that, the property itself is very tired looking with dirty stained carpets. The 'bunk room' is just a closet with 2 teeny bunks in. We had to buy dishwasher tabs as there were non there, which I really don't feel like I should have to. Owners really cheaped out with single ply TP which is seriously worse than you would find in any public restroom - for real guys, spend a couple extra bucks. King bed in the master was super uncomfortable, but that could just be a personal preference I guess.
As I say, location is great. Check-in process and everything, also totally fine and easy. Place is crying out for an update.
