Situated at the mouth of the Steinhatchee River, overlooking the beautiful Gulf of Mexico, these elegant units provide breathtaking sunsets as you grill and enjoy a cold beverage while watching boats of all sizes head out or return from the Gulf! The balcony is a tranquil place to enjoy your coffee or tea in the mornings, observe the lush Nature's Coast or lose yourself in a great book.
This relaxing location is the most convenient fishing and scalloping property in the area, as you can avoid having to travel through the “idle speed/no wake” zone in the river – meaning you will be the first to arrive and return from your favorite fishing or scalloping spot!
The condo is comfortably furnished and has a king bed in the master bedroom, which features a large master bedroom window overlooking the serene Gulf of Mexico. The master suite has a jacuzzi tub, shower, his/her vanities and toilet room. The second bedroom features a queen size bed, and the third bedroom is furnished with a set of full over full bunk beds. The large, well-stocked kitchen has everything you need to prepare your catch of the day.

Except for the elevator being down, which was tough since we were 2 flights up, location and unit were perfect for our needs.

Even without the dock, the property location was very convenient with private boat ramp. Pool is an awesome feature as well. Condo was great with wonderful view of the channel.
