Gulf Breeze Condos offer the most captivating view in all of Steinhatchee. Situated at the mouth of the Steinhatchee River, overlooking the beautiful Gulf of Mexico, these elegant units provide breathtaking sunsets as you enjoy a cold beverage while watching boats of all sizes head out or return from the Gulf! The large balcony is a tranquil place to enjoy your coffee or tea in the mornings, observe the lush Nature's Coast or lose yourself in a great book.
This relaxing location is the most convenient fishing and scalloping property in the area, as you can avoid having to travel through the “idle speed/no wake” zone in the river – meaning you will be the first to arrive and return from your favorite fishing or scalloping spot!
This condo is comfortably furnished and has a king bed in the master bedroom, which features a large master bedroom window overlooking the serene Gulf of Mexico. The master suite has a jacuzzi tub, shower, his/her vanities and toilet room. The second bedroom features a queen size bed, and the third bedroom is furnished with two sets of twin bunk beds. This bedroom connects to a bathroom that is shared with the rest of the condo. The large, well-stocked kitchen has everything you need to prepare your catch of the day.
The property does have outdoor surveillance cameras on site for security purposes. One camera is located at the front door and a second located on back patio facing outward. No cameras inside the unit. Please be aware there will be *NO DOCKS* this summer due to recent hurricanes. There is a boat ramp and boarding dock.

Perfect I’m every way!I’m so thankful that the previous tenants also abided by the house rule because the place was SPOTLESS and didn’t smell like old scallops!We launched and picked up our boat from their ramp- I would make sure not to launch at low tide because the bottom of the launc is at a steep pitch- but that’s not a complaint- just a friendly heads up. The dock was top notch! The condo was perfect with incredible views. And, the host responded to all my questions quickly!The condo is under an HOA…If you need ice there is a machine near the public launch less than three mins away. The ice machine at the condo is for owners only- certainly an HOA rule. It was all just perfect!

Property is in a great location. Due to the hurricane, certain amenities were still not repaired but this was communicated prior to the stay. The unit is very nice. Only criticism is that the unit didn't have somethings we would expect (for example, there was only one tiny cutting board). Overall we were pleased with the unit.

Great quiet secure place. If your planning on hunting ,fishing or relaxing. It’s a great place if your looking for night life try somewhere else.
