About this house rental
This gorgeous home is located in the beautiful waterfront community of the Estuary This 4 bedroom 3 bath home has gorgeous views from the balconies , sleeps 10 comfortably and is tastefully decorated. The house is walking distance to Sea Hag Marina , new Steinhatchee at Deadman's Bay Marina, and public boat ramp. The layout is perfect. From the ground floor you will have covered parking with a tackle storage room and propane grill. Up the stairs to the first floor you enter into the kitchen with cooktop stove, wall oven with microwave and a side by side fridge. The living room with sectional sofa, smart tv, and 1 bedroom with a bunk bed and 1 full bathroom with shower. Upstairs on second level you will find 3 more bedrooms and 2 bathrooms plus stackable washer/dryer. Master has private balcony, smart tv with DVD player, large bathroom with soaker tub plus a separate shower. Guest room 1 has queen bed and guest room 2 has 1 queen and 2 twin beds ( 1 is a trundle). Come see why this house has been a favorite for so many years in Steinhatchee. We hope the Redfish becomes your favorite place to stay while visiting Steinhatchee. Make this house part of your annual fishing , scalloping or just relaxing weekend trips for years to come. Docks and Pool currently unavailable due to Hurricane Helene. Check in was so easy! We had everything we needed to get into the home and were able to check in slightly early which was amazing! Kitchen was stocked and we had everything we needed. We had plenty of paper products, laundry soap, etc which is a huge plus. We enjoyed the location, close to the gulf and accessible to the Sea Hag marina. The pool and large boat ramp are wonderful additions. With recent storms the house could use a little maintenance like the tightening of door knobs and some light exterior work but that is to be expected. Overall this house was perfect for our large family - we had a great time and would definitely return! Thanks for another year of memories!
