About this house rental
Come and relax in this unique and tranquil getaway. Enjoy a coffee in the front or back porch and delight in the beautiful outdoors scenes. You’ll love relaxing in the hammocks, swing or the jacuzzi or simply enjoy the surroundings where you'll see baby deer and cows in the neighbors land. Inside, you’ll find plenty of space to spread out and still enjoy personal spaces and create memorable times. This getaway is just 1 minute away from Ginnie Springs. Once here you will not want to leave.
The space
This is a place were family can connect and have quality time together. The home is entirely fenced in for your protection and convenience. The master bedroom has a big bed with a comfy mattress! Aside from master bedroom there are three guest bedrooms and one guest bathroom which is shared for all 3 guest rooms. The house is equipped with night tables, WiFi, room purifiers for guest convenience, dressers, celling fans, washer and dryer, pots, pans, kitchen utensils, games etc. Kitchen is fully equipped with all sort of spices. Just bring your food in. There is a kiurig and free coffee pods, sugar and creamer available for our guests. There are two living rooms and each living room has a fireplace one is wood burning and the other one is electric. In the back porch you'll find a jacuzzi for 3 people. Guests can enjoy a large patio with 5 acres where you'll be delighted in a peaceful environment and have fun at the same time. Among all rooms we have 4 queen beds, 4 single beds and 4 air mattresses to fit 20 guests easily. The bunk room has a multi game table that includes pool and hockey among other games. We have a sleeping couch in one of the living rooms.
Guest access
You’ll be able to access the whole house and 4 acres of land. To the right there are two RV hooks available for rent. In total we have four bedrooms, two bathrooms, two living room spaces, kitchen, dining room, laundry, office, front porch and back porch and two covered garages.

Up to one pet allowed per reservation for a $ 75 extra charge. Pets should not be left alone and if so, they should be crated.

The house was great! Hot tub and fire pit made the nights outside perfect! Only issues were there were no wash rags and most beds didn’t have a flat sheet, only fitted sheets. Plan to book again in the future!

We stopped here a couple days as a pit stop on our family road trip further west. The home is easy to find and very close to Ginnie springs. The property is surrounded by many trees and open spaces. The kitchen is well stocked and plenty of room for everyone. The rooms are well sized and beds are comfortable. However, they do squeak specially the bunk beds. I would be at 5 stars if it was not for the communication with the host. It took many follow up messages to get answers.

The house was exactly as listed. The check in was difficult. The owner also had workers come to do cosmetic work to the house while we stayed (I booked 3 months in advance) and failed to tell us about the workers until they had already been working on the house and in the yard for over 2 hours.
