HAS A KING BED!Our home is located in the beautifulhistoric duck pond neighborhood. It is an easy walk to all local attractions:
• Less than a 4 min Uber to the UF stadium
• 1 Block off of University Ave
The home is easy walking distance to campus and sporting events. Perfect for a group of University of Florida alumni or parents attending sporting events, graduations or parents weekends.
The house can sleep 18 people comfortably (1 king, 6 queen, 4 twin beds). Also, there is a large yard perfect for hosting family and friends. We have a large swimming pool.

What a tremendous value for the money. The host were extremely responsive and helpful. We celebrated the USMC birthday with friends and family for around the country. We filled every bed and and had 10 additional guest. The place was perfect. The second side of the house was perfect for the ceremony and the accommodations were perfect. I would highly recommend this locations for family events.

This was a good last minute booking our family funeral so needed space for everyone. It was very affordable, but fell a short. I didn't read the reviews, like I usually do, so the kids couldn't play outside because there is no fence. There was plenty of parking, but it wasn't well lit. The places needs a really deep clean. I get that Florida is a hard on properties, but if you aren't going to put rugs down, you need to be extra diligent about sweeping and mopping. Our kids feet were filthy the first day, so bring your house shoes.There is also an audio bug/rodent device thing in the kitchen that is fairly annoying. But we concerned they had a problem so didn't turn it off. Overall it is good for the cost, but we wouldn't stay again.

Enjoyed hosting a large family weekend gathering a the house. The house was large and clean and the two separate living spaces worked out well. The kitchen in the main house was big and well-stocked. We loved the covered porch and comfy seating there. The pool itself is clean and large. There is only one ladder into the pool so it's not ADA or kid friendly. Overall, I recommend this for a large group getaway.

We stayed at the University House for a family trip to a University of Florida football game. Overall, the stay was okay, but we had a few concerns. The listing advertises that the house is within walking distance to the UF stadium, but it’s actually a 40-minute walk (about 36 blocks), which was misleading and not ideal for game day. We also found a few roaches in the home, and the pool didn’t seem clean enough to swim in. The lack of lighting in the parking area at the back of the house made it feel unsafe at night. While the house comfortably fit our large family, the layout wasn’t ideal for us as it consists of two separate houses connected by a walkway, which made it feel less inclusive. On the plus side, the check-in and check-out process was easy, and the home could be a good fit for a group retreat, but we would have preferred a more modern feel for our family gathering.
