Everything about the condo was fantastic. Very well equipped kitchen for those who enjoy cooking. The unit has a gas grill which is a great feature. We've stayed at 2 other units in Windward Village and neither had a grill. Dining and shopping are very close by as well. We got to use the hot tub but being March the pool wasn't open yet. The pool is really nice though if you are there in season. It is a very quiet neighborhood which we really appreciated. If you prefer peace and quiet this is the place! We'd definitely like to return!

Positives:The Villa was in a nice location in Shipyard. Well stocked kitchen for eating and cooking, we were there 4 weeks.Beds & Furniture were comfortableNegative:House keeping was marginal at best. Floors and counters required cleaning when we moved in,Lighting is not great, espesailly the master bedroom.Exterior lighting is poor,no parking are lights and the entrance light to villa does not work.Generally, it needs some maintenance.
