The apartment features 1 bedroom with a double bed and a spacious living room with a double sofa bed, dining table for 4, and a TV. The fully equipped kitchen opens into the living area, offering all the amenities you need to prepare meals during your stay.
The bathroom includes a shower, and the apartment is equipped with a central heating/AC system to ensure your comfort year-round. Additional conveniences include WiFi, a dishwasher, and a washing machine.

1. Be respectful of the neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum after 10PM. Avoid slamming doors and making noise in hallways.
2. No parties allowed. Disturbances may result in immediate eviction without refund.
3. Upon check-out, leave keys on the table and pull the door shut. Always lock the door with the key when leaving the flat.
4. No smoking inside the apartment.
5. Turn off lights and air conditioning when leaving the apartment to conserve energy.
6. Additional cleaning and bedding can be arranged for longer stays, but please request this when booking.
7. Tourist tax of €10.45 per night per guest applies to those over 16, for up to 7 days.
8. Check-in is from 3PM to 8PM. Monday to Friday: 8PM - 12AM - €40; After 12AM - €60. Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays: Until 8PM - €30; After 8PM - €60 (paid in cash or by card).
9. Check-out time is 11AM. Luggage can be left in the apartment if no other reservations are pending.
10. Lost keys will result in a charge for changing the lock.
11. On your last day, please wash the dishes and take out the garbage.

1) The owner was very responsive and made a great impression (despite that this is an agency).
2) The location is excellent, there are attractions, restaurants and supermarkets in the immediate vicinity, additionally this is a quite and safe area
3) The apartment is incredibly cozy and stylish, and now there is everything you need even for a long stay.

This location was amazing. 10 min walk to Sagrada Familia. Quiet location to relax after a day sightseeing.
