Located just a five-minute walk from the Sagrada Familia, this apartment is ideally positioned to explore Barcelona's most iconic landmarks. Please note that the apartment is located on the second floor (third by local standards) and is accessible via stairs ony, as there is NO ELEVATOR / LIFT.

Late mandatory check-in fee (excluded from the price): 35€ after 21:00 / 60€ after 00:00.
- Check-out: Always wrap things up by 11:00 AM.
Late check-out fee (upon request): 25€ for departure before 14:00.
- Maintenance Access: Guests must allow reasonable access to the property for inspection and repair of any reported maintenance issue.

Apartment is located in a great area just for what we needed and close to lots of transport links. Due to age of building apartment is very cold so if travelling in winter months warm clothing advised. Areas of damp visible, Maintenance required including ceilings and poor shower quality
