The third floor has an open-air covered living room, enclosed kitchen and open-air dining area, all of which have panoramic views of the surrounding water, St. Thomas, and of sunset. The villa has Wi-Fi throughout and Roku streaming enabled 4K TVs in each of the air-conditioned bedroom suites. The island-style kitchen is ready for coffee in the morning, cocktails later in the day, or gourmet meals, even with the in-town restaurants waiting for you only a few minutes away. The house is stocked with beach towels and beach chairs as you adventure to nearby beaches, with the pool awaiting your return.

I wasn't sure about this open-air living concept when we booked this but it turned out to be the most unique experience. Highly recommend adding it to your bucket list! No walls, windows...just ocean breezes and great views! The main living areas are under roof so you are protected from any brief showers. The bedrooms are air conditioned and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed.The pool is amazing! There are other homes close by but the lush vegetation provides privacy. There are many levels to this home so be prepared to do lots of stairs...the best justification for lounging hours in the pool :) This home is in a great location, walking distance to restaurant's and shops. Terrific little get away!!

We had an amazing stay at the Frank Bay house! The pictures do not capture the great amenities of this place which include a 3 level open air concept, a private pool, two comfortable bedrooms with AC, and a short walk to Cruz Bay. Also appreciate how helpful the property manager Tammy was during our stay! Looking forward to renting here again!
