This 3 bedroom, 3 bath condominium has everything you need for a great island vacation. Located on a quiet street, just 5 blocks from the center of Cruz Bay, this boutique style complex offers elegance and value. Ocean Views and Pool!
This large and luxurious air conditioned condominium offers one floor living, with 3 very private bedrooms. The master has a 4 poster mahogany king bed, with elegant bath ensuite. The guest bedrooms offers 2 full beds, perfect for couples or singles, with attached bath. The third bedroom has two twin beds, perfect for children or single adults. All offer comfortable bedding and upscale amenities, for a refreshing nights sleep.
This lovely home is adorned with elegant furnishings and is accented with original island artwork to add to the tropical ambiance. Tommy Bahama brand furnishings and one of a kind mahogany accents make the living room elegant yet comfortable.... a perfect place to enjoy a good book, or a movie on dvd or televison. While you can watch the ships sail by from here, just step outside to a private balcony, and take in the island sounds and smells, with frangipani lingering in the air, and treefrogs chirping their songs.
The kitchen is large and luxurious, with granite and stainless anchored by rich mahogany cabinetry. An expansive breakfast bar is a perfect place for a quick bite, and a large, more formal dining offers the perfect place for a more formal meal or family breakfast, again, with view of the sparkling Caribbean just outside your window.
A large and fully equipped laundry room makes doing wash a breeze and means you can pack less for this island vacation! For those who just cannot escape work or the internet, wifi is provided.
Palm Terrace Villas are a small boutique style condominium complex, with only 6 units surrounding a tropical courtyard that leads to a common pool, perfect for an afternoon dip. Lounge chairs and a dining area are provided for your use and enjoyment, as well as gas grills for those nights you want to cook up your own island feast. Off street parking is provided for our guests. If you prefer to go 'car less' Cruz Bay is only a short walk away, where you can catch a taxi to the National Park beaches just a moment or two away.
A beautiful, coral strewn sandy beach is only 1 1/2 blocks away, and is the perfect place for an afternoon snorkle or quick dip and is the one of the best spots on St. John to watch the sunset slip beyond the horizon into the Caribbean Sea.
While Palm Terrace is on a quiet flower lined lane, it is is close and convenient to all the shops and restaurants of our little town. The center of Cruz Bay is only a 5 minute stroll from your island home.

We loved this property, it had all the conveniences we could want! The view from the balcony was spectacular! It was close to town, so we could walk everywhere to shop and dine. We would definitely stay here again. . And we look forward to our next trip to beautiful St John

The Bougainvillea was everything the website said. Spacious, clean with all the amenities of home. Loved having coffee on the balcony every morning and watching the boats. Best part was being able to walk to the restaurants and bars each night so we didn't have to worry about parking or a designated driver. We will be back!

These condos are part of Palm Terrace Villas. We have stayed in units 4 & 5. They are beautifully appointed. They are extremely clean & the maid service in the middle of the week is great. Amenities such as beach towels, beach chairs & cooler are a definite plus. We have had young grandchildren with us so having a washer & dryer in each unit makes life easier. Each unit has 2 balconies which have outstanding views while relaxing with coffee in the AM or Pain Killers (Soggy Dollar recipe) in the PM. We usually have a car, but have taken taxis to further away locations such as Canille Bay & Trunk Bay. We are looking forward to returning. Also, the price is right.
