Great for a single, couple or family when you stay at this centrally-located St. Pete Beach condo. Less than 1/2 mile to beach, bars and restaurants. Across the street from park, tennis courts and boat launch. Water sports, parks, tennis and golf and are just a short distance away. Free ride app golf cart service also takes you up and down the beach for free, no rental car needed! 40 minutes to TPA and PIE. Pool is up and running. 14 steps up the stairs to condo, no elevator.

The location was great. We didn’t walk to the ocean, but we could have in under 15 minutes. We preferred to travel to a different beach each day. It was nice to be able to go north to Clearwater or south to Fort De Soto Beach—and all of the beaches in between. We also loved having the tennis courts across the street to play pickleball at the end of the day. The pool was clean and another perfect way to unwind or spend time before going to dinner. We would definitely stay again.

We checked in to seemingly clean property. However we immediately realized the description of the property was inaccurate. It listed having three bedrooms with three beds and a pullout couch, however the property only had two bedrooms and a pullout couch. A bit annoyed with the inaccuracy but we accepted it and pulled out the mattress to find dirty sheets on it! Host did correct the issue. We also didn’t have enough bath towels for the three of us, but host was very responsive and fixed that too. I’m not sure how clean the bathroom and shower was, there was black mold around the toilet. The listing also had listed it was walking distance to beaches, restaurants, and shopping, but that was not true. Positives: plenty of beach gear. Responsive host.
