About this apartment rental
This two bedroom condo is located on the second and third floors of a charming building, dating back to the 1800's! Tall ceilings and large windows accent the main floor's living and dining area. A fully equipped kitchen, bedroom and one bathroom are also located on the main level. Upstairs is the master bedroom with floor to ceiling windows looking west towards Newport Harbor. There is a sun room which leads to a roof deck. Also on this level is an en-suite bathroom and kitchenette with full sized refrigerator, perfect for keeping your beverages cold while you're relaxing on the deck.***Cancellation Policy***Guest who cancels more than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund less a processing fee of 10% of their total deposit or a charge of $250.00, whichever is the lesser amount. No refunds will be issued to Guest who cancels within 30 days of the scheduled arrival date. No refunds will be issued for early departures or no shows. Date changes will not be permitted within 30 days of Guests stay.

To complete a booking, Guest is required to receive text messaging. Once a booking is submitted, Guest will receive a text message to finalize. A copy of a valid government issued photo ID and a detailed listing of the full names of all other occupants/guests staying in the unit must be submitted. Guests reservation will be cancelled and not refunded if this form is not completed at least 30 days prior to arrival.
Guest who cancels more than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund less a processing fee of 10% of their total deposit or a charge of $250.00, whichever is the lesser amount.

We absolutely loved the condo. The location was the best! No need for a car you can walk everywhere. The beds, bedding were wonderful. It was equipped with everything you need. Thanks for a wonderful vacation!

Lovely apartment that looks nicer than the photos. Lots of natural light. The location is super convenient and parking is right across the street.

Great location! Very clean! Loved the outdoor space! And sleeping areas.
Not ideal for cooking a proper meal as the kitchen supplies are super limited. Had to buy salt and pepper. Communication with manager was good on Friday but went radio silent when I had questions over the weekend. So nice stay but not perfect. We will continue our quest for the perfect Newport lodging.
