The unit is a large renovated 3 BR apartment in an older building right on busy Thames St in central Newport. We loved the layout, furnishings, location (though it was a bit noisy on Sat night during the weekend of Newport Jazz fest). The unit comes with 2 parking spots in the lot across the street (very important on a summer weekend!).
We really enjoyed our time there and would definitely recommend this place for families or couples.
The management company was very organized and responsive with excellent communication.
A bit noisy on Thames St. on a Saturday night in the summer (bachelor/bachelorette parties and cars/motorcycles) but a great place to stay overall!
