Broadway Rails has plenty of room for your friends & family to gather while visiting historic Frankfort, Kentucky! This charming apartment is located on the 2nd floor & guests MUST climb stairs to access. Please refer to our floorplan in our photos for the apartment layout.
Our unit has a private living room, fully stocked kitchen kitchen, 2 private bedrooms, 1 Full Bathroom, & filled with character and charm. You will have no problem finding somewhere to spend your time together or alone while staying with us.
EAT
Our dining table is located in the kitchen and seats 2guests. You can enjoy cooking in our kitchen apartment, and all the utensils needed to prepare your favorite dishes. We have well equipped our kitchen for all of your culinary needs.
We are also within a short walking distance to local Downtown eateries and bars. Our property is located directly above the restaurant Brown Barrel. Reach out to our team for some of our favorite recommendations. We provide a house manual at the property with additional local restaurants in Frankfort and surrounding Central KY.
SLEEP
This charming home has 2 bedrooms with 2 beds memory foam mattresses. The primary bedroom offers a king bed, while our second bedroom has a queen bed. We do provide all linens for beds and a set of towels per guests. The two bedrooms will share the two full bathrooms located in the hallway.
If there are any services you need or recommendations on how to Live Like A Local, our team is readily available to assist with all ways in making your STAY Special!
Even though we are centrally located, we do recommend guests use their personal vehicle to get around Frankfort.

Convenient location. Nicely appointed apartment, comfortable for four. One bathroom requires patience and planning. The ladies would have liked another mirror. No problems with AC or appliances. Plenty of hot water, sometimes too hot.Parking was a concern but we had no problems. Being forewarned, the stair were not a problem. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again with no hesitation. A fun trip to KY for the Bourbon Trail and horse farm tour. JLM

This was the perfect apartment for our extended weekend trip! Perfect location! The theme was adorable with little touches of Kentucky everywhere! It was clean and easy to access! Would definitely recommend and hope to return!

Great location especially if you are visiting some local distilleries! There is a nice little bar and restaurant downstairs (which we never heard any noise from). The Pork Belly sandwich was great! There is a train that runs downtown and you will hear it but it doesn’t last long. If you are like us, you probably won’t spend much time in the place except for sleeping (comfy bed) as we were out exploring. The best part of our stay was ended up connecting with the owner of the property and he is very dedicated on making sure our stay was wonderful! We truly appreciated that!!
