About this apartment rental
Newly renovated 1 bedroom, 2 story loft in the Historic St. Claire Entertainment District of Frankfort Kentucky. Enjoy the best Kentucky has to offer with easy access to famous distilleries such as Buffalo Trace and Woodford Reserve and enjoy live thoroughbred racing at Keeneland Racetrack in nearby Lexington, KY.
The space
2 story, 900 square foot apartment. The apartment is located on the second floor of the building. There is no elevator so you must be able to use stairs. Full kitchen, with a cozy living room and dining area and half-bath are downstairs. Upstairs opens up to a large bedroom with a laundry room off the closet and a full bath. Both the living room and bedroom are furnished with smart TV's and free wifi throughout the unit.
Guest access
Guests will be given the code to the building's exterior doors and a personalized code for entrance to the loft door during their stay. There are approximately 25 stair steps to reach the 2nd floor where the unit is located. Security cameras are located at the exterior entrances for guest safety.

Rules are simple. No pets, no parties and no smoking inside the building.

We have stayed many places in Frankfort and this is on our list of favorites. Very attentive host with detailed and clear directions and communication. This gorgeous apartment had everything we needed and more! Squeeky clean, comfortable beds and spacious layout, as well as an ideal location were amongst our favorite features.

Excellent location in Frankfurt right in the heart of Bourbon country. A five minute drive to Buffalo trace and many other distilleries very convenient location on main downtown strip is great lots of restaurant and entertainment options.

Loft was clean inside and well stocked with essentials. We didn’t really cook but it looked equipped with needed items. Decor was fun! It was centrally located to several distilleries and to Louisville for exploring the city!
