About this apartment rental
Bellavista is a recently renovated apartment equipped with everything needed to offer our guests a very pleasant, independent stay. Located just a few meters from the beautiful Basilica of Tirano—from which you’ll enjoy a spectacular view—as well as restaurants, pizzerias, bars, supermarkets, and a playground, it is 1 km from both the Italian and Swiss train stations, the latter being the departure and arrival point for the Bernina Express.
From Tirano, you can reach the ski lifts in Aprica, Bormio, and Diavolezza in Switzerland in half an hour. St. Moritz and Livigno are just over an hour away.
Private parking is available right outside the house.
Starting March 1, 2025, upon arrival, you will be required to pay, in cash, the
tourist tax
of €2 per night per person (for a maximum of 3 consecutive nights, excluding children under 12 years of age), payable to the Municipality of Tirano.

I wish I could give this over 5 stars. Isabella is the best host and made my travels so easy. The location must be the best in the whole town, a beautiful view from the balcony! Everything I needed was provided and check in/out was very easy. I would recommend this location to everyone. Thank you Isabella!

Isabella is the perfect host. She was so helpful with any questions we had and went above and beyond by ordering us a taxi for when we left (we had so much luggage we decided not to walk to the train). The apartment is very clean and has all you need. It’s in a beautiful location and only 15 minute walk to the train station. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend booking with Isabella.

The property was exactly as described... And Isabella was very lovely and informative. You can tell she is very proud of her property, and her town. She shared all of the interesting aspects of the area, and you can tell she wants you to love it as much as she does..
