The house was very clean and well organized. It was comfortable for all 7 of us. The only issue was with the coffee maker. It was a pod coffee machine and there was only 3 pods available for 6 coffee drinkers. Maybe mentioning what type of coffee maker was available would help other visitors to bring their own pods.

This was perfect for our family gathering, with two showers/bathrooms, lots of closet space, many rooms and spaces for family groups to spread out to do various activities together. Spacious open kitchen with a lot of counter space. Chasen was very accessible and friendly. Very clean, comfortable, and secure. Plenty of room for parking. We would stay again!

We needed a place for a wedding in town. This was a great location to the venue. Near and clean easy to get to.

The only complaint I have is the air conditioning. A single window air conditioner in the living room is insufficient for the entire house. It was over 80 degrees in the house through the entire night. I could not sleep and for the event I booked this for, sleep was imperative and the primary purpose. I contacted the manager annd explained the issue. He only offered solutions we had already done without improvement. I asked for more fans and did not get a response. We had to go to store and purchase two fans at the cost of $65.
