Olympia Oasis: 5br 10+ Guests

This was a cute, comfortable house in a great location. The indoor and outdoor spaces were roomy and bright. It seemed as though a dog stayed there recently even though it says no pets, so it could have been a bit cleaner upon arrival. (Most of us have dogs and love them but other tenants might not feel that way). The first morning we had a plumbing issue that was taken care of quickly and with great care. They cleaned not just the bathrooms after maintenance was done but seemed to do a deep clean in the main living areas at that point. Julie was absolutely wonderful in her response to the plumbing issues and we fully enjoyed the rest of our 4 night stay.

Over all it was decent, however the upstairs bathroom toilet didn’t work well. When the plumber came he offered to replace the lever but said to “just hold down the handle longer” so I would suggest purchasing a new lever/chain. Bought and left an extra fan for downstairs bedroom to pay it forward. The house could benefit from installing a front screen door for better air circulation. Also the outside trash was already full when we arrived

The house was large enough to accommodate 3 adults and 3 children. The location was convenient, the house was clean and was as described. Exceeded our expectations.

We loved the house, very comfortable spacious and close to shopping(grocery). It was nice, clean and loved the colorful decor.

We had a nice stay at this updated and clean little house — perfect for a short getaway. The location is excellent, with great restaurants and coffee shops nearby and just down the road from the mall, so there was plenty to do in the area.The house comfortably fit our group of five and is advertised as being able to accommodate 10 people. However, something to be aware of when booking: there’s an additional 50 fee for every person beyond four guests, even though the listing says it can host 10. This can add up quickly if you’re traveling with a larger group.We did run into a few hiccups. About an hour before check-in, we received a message from the host explaining that their regular cleaning team hadn’t shown up that day. They were scrambling to find someone to clean the house, so it wasn’t going to be ready on time. While it was a bit inconvenient — since we were already in Olympia and ready to check in — the host was communicative and offered a credit, which we really appreciated. We took advantage of the great location and passed the time walking around the nearby mall until the house was ready. I don’t hold the host personally accountable for a no-show cleaning crew, and they handled it as best they could under the circumstances.Once we got in, the house was clean and cozy, but there were a few things that could be improved. For a home meant to host a larger group, it only had four shower towels — not even enough for our group of five. There were also no kitchen

We had a lovely stay. Plenty of room for everyone and a lovely yard to visit in. Close to a beautiful nature conservancy for hiking and an easy drive to downtown. We were so comfortable and loved having a big kitchen for meals!
