About this house rental
Come relax at this peaceful and quiet 1400 square foot residential 3 bedroom neighborhood home on a wooded 1/2 acre lot. Built in 1972 but with many upgrades! Complete kitchen for all your cooking needs. Cozy up next to the fireplace, soak in the hot tub, or relax on the back patio with a drink and fire and watch the neighborhood deer meander around. Plenty of room to relax and spend time with friends and family after a day full of exploring beautiful Woodland Park and Pike’s Peak area. Close to grocery stores, coffee shops, hiking, trail running, mountain biking and fishing.

Please keep your pets off all furniture and beds. Lastly, we ask that you pick up after your pets and discard waste in the large garbage bin in the garage.
