We have everything that we need that makes it perfect for us . Attended family bible conference it’s perfect for my family and youth of our church . Very close to the venue , great space , nice view from the dinning area , massive washer and drier , deer sighting to greet us when we come back home 😃 the kids loved , able to cook simple meals for our family and youth which save us money. Will definitely come back for future conferences of Charis Bible College and Andrew Wommack Ministries.

Owner let us know before we arrived they were having a little issue with upstairs air conditioning they were working on. It was not an issue with the cool Colorado nights. Wonderful fenced backyard with play area for grandkids.
