It has four bedrooms & two bathrooms, a brand new kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances, a granite countertop, and an island that seats four people. Its open floor plan creates a more comfortable environment when staying with family or friends. You can also enjoy the back deck directly off the kitchen to dine alfresco or watching the weekly fireworks display at Jenkinson's. There is one bedroom and one bathroom on the first floor, and three bedrooms and one bathroom on the second floor. The ground level is dedicated to the garage and storage space.

Super Nice brand new house 4 blocks from the beach Great location close to everything We had bad weather due to Hurricane Erin, but the house is great to just hangout in and there are so many activities within less than 1/2 hour driving ( petting farms, mall, museum) My family takes a beach vacation every August and this house wil be on top of our list for next summer
