About this cottage rental
Our serene & cozy cottage is perfectly located in point pleasant beach with a shared "private" beach including beautiful sun rises & sunsets on the , a three minute drive/mile long bike ride/walk to Jenkinson's Boardwalk where there is an amusement park, aquarium, mini-golf, arcades, bars/night life, top rated sea food restaurants. If you fish, enjoy many convenient fishing charters located near by. Bikes are also excess-able and stored on the property for guests to enjoy at their convenience. There is a paved backyard that includes a bbq, teak table, plenty of seating and an outdoor shower.
This cottage offers a small sitting room at the entrance, a living room, a kitchen including table and chairs + three bedrooms and one bathroom. Please note this is an entire downstairs unit, there is another one bedroom loft style cottage located on the second level of the house.

The best part about our stay was the private beach access. While the house was cute and what you’d generally expect for a beach house, there were a number of things that were disappointing given the price of the rental. For example, it was advertised that there was a washing machine but you couldn’t load the detergent. One of the air vents was taped into the wall (otherwise it fell out) and it was difficult to open/lock some of the doors.
