About this house rental
The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming 120 m² house in Chaumont-en-Vexin for rent, which can accommodate up to 7 people. It has a lovely 15 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, three bedrooms, a shower room and a 200 m² garden. Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
Ground floor:
- 15 m² living room with sofa and TV
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: with a double bed (140×190)
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC
First floor:
- Bedroom 2: with a double bed (140x190)
- Bedroom 3: with 3 single beds
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, cot, plancha, iron and ironing board.
Outside:
- A beautiful 200 m² open garden with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
The house is ideally located in Chaumont-en-Vexin, in very pleasant surroundings. All essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. are close by.
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Chaumont-en-Vexin 500 m (5 min walk), Saint-Lazare 64 km (1 hour by car)
