Property clean, in a quiet setting with many kitchen appliances (coffee maker, espresso maker, kettle, toaster, fridge, freezer, dishwasher…The host, Philippe, was very good to give us a detailed list of what to visit, the local markets… Nice walk from the house to the canal with the dogs. We will be staying longer next time.

We had a wonderful week at Philippe’s place in Grand-Laviers and would definitely recommend it. The property was exactly as pictured, spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for a really comfortable stay. The garden was a particular highlight for us – there’s plenty of open space for the dog to enjoy, and the garden games were such a lovely added bonus and kept our son entertained. Philippe was a fantastic host and incredibly quick to respond whenever we had a question. We had a couple of very minor issues during our stay – a wasp nest and a tripped fuse which had turned the freezer off – and on both occasions Philippe had everything sorted within around 30 minutes, which we really appreciated. We had a brilliant, relaxing week and the house was a great base for exploring the surrounding area. We’d happily stay here again. Thank you, Philippe!

Hébergement très bien placé pour profiter de la côte picarde. On est calme (au top pour bien se reposer), avec un grand jardin fermé et une balançoire pour les enfants, propriétaires très sympathiques.
