La maison est au calme juste avant l'entrée d'un sentier. On peut se garer dans l'enceinte de la propriété. Le terrain est petit mais dégagé, clôturé (certains piquets mériteraient d'être réparés) et la vue est agréable. Le logement est bien agencé, lumineux. La cuisine est très bien équipée avec tout ce qu'il faut et les petites attentions (thé, café, sucre, etc) sont bien appréciées.
Dans l'ensemble nous avons aimé cette petite maison.
Le matelas du lit est très dur, nous n'avons pas bien dormi. Il y a qqs soucis de maintenance : le portail est une vraie galère, je me suis blessée en essayant de l'ouvrir et il ne donne pas confiance, surtout quand on a un chien. L'eau chaude est aléatoire, gérée par la chaudière, ça marche, ça ne marche pas, ça dépend, et on ne sait pas trop pourquoi. Un ballon d'eau chaude éviterait ces désagréments. Le volet de devant ne ferme pas, le manche de l'aspirateur ne tient pas, une plaque de finition électrique qui nous est restée dans les mains, bref, des petites choses, mais qui en s'accumulant finissent par agacer.

It was a good location for us and very warm and cosy. There was parking off the road.
A lot of reviews talk about the property being spotlessly clean. This was not our experience. The cutlery did not look clean and the corners along the skirting board looked grubby. There was something wrong with the oven, it did not seem to start immediately. The shower head fixing is loose. There is a wall cupboard above the washbasin which is so deep you keep knocking your head on it and the hot tap did not always work. The paint work outside was peeling off which did not help the presentation of the property. The single bed seems by the door was not very comfortable.
