Babbling Waters is a 2022 three-bedroom two bath 1,333 sf manufactured home located on the high hillside of Mountain Drive. It sits on 1.24 acres with your own Babbling Stream at the back of the property. It is surrounded by breathtaking mountain views. While Babbling Waters is only five minutes to town, when you drive up the hill to this retreat, you find yourself transported to an enchanted vacay!
The Space:
This home has a large kitchen/dinning/living area with lots of natural light, stainless steel appliances, quartz counter tops, farm sink, hardwood floors, large main suite with walk-in closet, two additional bedrooms, a large deck, and even boasts an electric charging station that may be purchased separately if needed. No Pets!
Other Things to Note:
Internet/Cell Phone Coverage/Utilities
WIFI can be difficult at times, it is normally very dependable, but it can be affected by coastal weather conditions. Most cell phones carriers get full reception at the property. Guests should be aware that issues related to coastal location can cause interruption throughout the year to both internet, utilities and cell phone reception that are outside host's control.

Check in was a bit difficult with the code not working, but was resolved fairly quickly. The house was nice and convenient for what we wanted to do. This was our first experience with vrbo and was a good one. It’s so nice to have the convenience of home while traveling.

This is a great property, nicely located up the mountain from the harbor. The home is lovely and has everything you need for a relaxing escape.

Very nice, clean place with good pillows! Beautiful flowers outside! A couple down sides. None of the rugs are slip resistant, needs an outside light where you park your car, the AC kept resetting itself to 72° even when I changed it to 62°, and I greatly dislike the smart lock. Had a great time there!
