If you are looking for a dream home on the Gulf Coast this is it! Walk out your back door right onto the beach! It doesn't get any better than this. This 4 bedroom home has 1st class views of the ocean, large screened in porch, large upper deck for relaxing, watching the waves rolling in or cooking out on the grill on the patio below. The home also has a water filtration system as well as a reverse osmosis to purify the drinking water!
There are Views of the beach and ocean from many areas of the home. Lots of room for your group to sit and eat and make memories. This is truly a beach-lovers dream come true!

The location is great. House was clean and beautifully decorated. The only recommendation I would give is to clean a little better the lower floor outside of the house.

The house suited our needs fine. Not a lot of bells and whistles but it was very easy. The living room is quite small. Although the house was clean the outside felt like it could use a good washing. We found broken glass downsatirs and a foot got cut. The check out process was very quick and easy. Very little was asked of us.

Pros:
- Overall a fun property with convenient access to the beach with about a one minute walk from the front door to the sand.
- Vehicular access to the beach is two streets over so no through traffic which is great.
- The decks and Tikki Huts provided a great combination of sun & shade throughout the day with plenty of seating, tables and great Gulf views.
- Key Pad access is very convenient and easy to use.
- Fenced yard for pets is great and worry free.
- Kitchen is well equipped
Cons:
- The listing is misleading noting four bedrooms and appears that way through the listing pics. This is a three bedroom property with an open living area upstairs adjacent to the master filled with multiple smaller beds along the walls. The Bathroom is not directly attached to the Master so privacy is limited with guests using the open sleeping area.

Property was good overall. Downstairs was a little disorganized but not a big deal. Location to the beach was great and the house was a little date but well cared for. Would stay there again.
