Location was great for our purposes. Plenty of beds and baths. Beach access was great. Very nice bedding.

Our second time to stay at the Coconut. It has been remodeled since our last stay in 2022, so it's even better than before. It is a wonderful location on Surfside! Communication with the owner was super fast! I had questions before renting and during our stay, never more than an hour to respond. One thing that was SUPER important about our rental choice was the ramp to the house and the beach; our parents are in their 80's and stair are tough. Already planning our next trip with friends since it is also hard to find a rental with king beds & lots of bathrooms. Thank you Chandni for being a wonderful host!!
